Neuron Mirror by Virginia Walker and Michael Walsh celebrates and remembers Helen Shields (mother of Virginia Walker), Diana Chang, Robert Long, Siv Cedering, Antje Katcher, and Michael Walsh. All the poets remembered were well known in the Hamptons/East End literary circles.
Virginia Walker has pledged all monies from the sale of this book to go directly to pancreatic cancer research through the Lustgarten Foundation. The book includes a brief essay from Dr. Helen Shields, a sister of Virginia Walker, describing the advances in pancreatic cancer treatment and the need for more research.
