Tommy Sullivan helped form the band Rhythm Method, Rhythm Method, which was chosen by Johnny Maestro to become the original Brooklyn Bridge. He left the Brooklyn Bridge in 1972 with guitarist (and songwriting partner) April Lawton to help found the group Ramatam for Atlantic Records(Hendrix Experience drummer Mitch Mitchell’s first band following death of Jimi)
